
Masa aku melawat blog minah ni, aku sudah ternampak satu hidangan yang sangat menghairah kan nafsu makan. Aku pun dengan tak malu nyer sudah mintak itu resipi…. heeee…
So tonight for dinner, aku sudah masak itu Manchurian chicken…(sorry, cut and paste sajork..)
Ingredients :
600g chicken thighs/drumstick, cut into pieces
MARINADE
1 tbsp light soy sauce/kicap le
1/4 tsp dark soy sauce/kicap apo yg mano pun aku tak tahu, hentam sajelah labu
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chinese rice wine-tidak digunakan dek saya
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp sugar, or to taste
2 tbsp cornflour, for coating
6 cloves garlic, chopped
10-12 bird’s eye chillies (cili padi), roughly chopped
combine the chicken and marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well and leave to marinate for at least 30minutes. Dust with the cornflour to coat meat lightly before deep frying.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and fry the chopped garlic until just lightly browned. add chicken pieces and chillies and stir-fry briefly. serve immediately.
*Verdict : sangat sedap, very tasty ada reminisce bbq chicken wing rasa nyer, tapi aku tak puas hati sebab rupa ayam aku tak secantik pompuan tu punyer, sedih
… kami makan dengan bubur nasi, moi, kata laki aku. That’s MOI as in AMOI bukan MWAH… as in MOI bahasa perancis …. ingat tu kawan2…

Moi yg sgt simple, makan dgn ikan bilis kicap, telur scramble with bawang & chai por and manchurian chick...~Nyuummm
