Masih lagi post berkaitan CH..hehe.. Masa kat sana i did not get to eat these fried beauties, don’t ask why… I did however managed to buy a pack to bring home… So, goreng ler sendiri…

BTW, kincam yang biasa kita masak air tu dah dikeringkan, this is fresh lily buds.. The following are the approximate ingredients for the batter :

  • 2 tbsps rice flour
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 small packet bonito flakes
  • enough liquid to make a thin batter (i used milk and eggs)

The end result…. TADAAAA….

Greasy but tasted so good, crunchy smoky salty coating and sweet soft flesh underneath….
