Creamcheese buttercake

Another cake that i tried. Recipe follows if you want to try it too..

Ingredients :

130 gm butter

100 gm cream cheese

150 gm castor sugar

130 gm all purpose flour

3 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

Method :

1. Cream butter, creamcheese and sugar

2. Add eggs and flour

3. Pour into lined baking tin bake at 180 degres oven until brown on top. Easy peasy..


This is the easiest cake to make and the tastiest…. What can i say… i like my cakes to be dense and moist and this cake delivers… I vacumn the whole lot during one of the public holidays while watching tv… However, the cake was a bit dry when it has cooled down, i think next time i bake this i’ll put less flour or add some liquid…


*Edited : I forgot to put this in, you should sift the flour together with the baking powder but if you’re lazy like i am, just put the sucker in together with the flour and dump it in the mixer.
